LGBTQ WORKOUT AND SPEAKER MEETING IN CENTRAL PARK

Sober Active NYC and Gay & Sober are proud to present a fun, free LGBTQ Workout in celebration of National Recovery Month! 

*All outdoor events are subject to cancelation if there is inclement weather.

 

Renowned fitness trainer, Benjamin Green will lead a 30 minute cardio/strength class. 

After the workout and a short-break, we will transition to a short, twelve step, open-air meeting.  

Armando from New York has been invited to share his experience, strength and hope - followed by sharing from participants.

About Benjamin Green

Benjamin is a seven-time TEAM USA Athlete who has competed in more than 70 multi-sport events. He has also competed in one ultra marathon, three full marathons and hundreds of half's and 5k runs. He is a sought-after coach and has taught popular spin and cardio classes at Equinox, TMPL and New York Sports Clubs.
