PRIDE MARCH PARTICIPATION AND WRISTBAND PROCESS

The NYC Pride March is strictly enforcing the rules this year, limiting the number of marchers each organization can have.

Here are the key details for participating in the 2025 Pride March:

Wristband Requirement:

All marchers must wear wristbands.

Wristband Allocation:

Each organization will receive up to 100 wristbands. Gay & Sober is expected to receive 200. People on the waitlist will be served in the order that they are on the waitlist.

Priority Wristbands for GSM Donors and VIPs

Donors and individuals on the VIP list are guaranteed a wristband but you MUST CONFIRM you are participating in the parade by 12PM on Saturday June 28th. Click here to confirm or visit the registration check in table.

GSM General Conference Attendees Wristband Request

We know that plans change. So all GSM+ Conference attendees that signed up to be in the march when they registered will need to confirm their participation at the registration table by Saturday June 28th by 12PM

Note: Those who registered online and indicated interest in participating will have priority for wristbands over those who didn’t.

**The double decker bus that will be following us in the parade is reserved for donors, sponsors and committee members and people with mobility issuesIf you want to access the double decker bus, you must make an additional tax-deductible donation of at least $100 by clicking HERE. This extra donation will also grant Dance on the River Cruise ticket holders to access to top deck of the cruise ship where the DJ booth and private mocktail bar will be. You must have a Special Access Wristband to get on the bus or the private top deck of the ship.

Please be advised: The step-off time for marchers could be a short or it could be a long wait. If you lack patience, we suggest making other plans. The double decker bus is reserved and intended for those with mobility issues, elders, donors and event sponsors.

We suggest bringing: comfortable sneakers, light clothing and sunscreen/sunblock.

This year's group theme is The Wild West
